Set up DevKit in Standalone Mode

Setting up the DevKit in standalone mode requires configuring both its serial connection and network settings to ensure stable and reliable access. 
The serial interface serves as a critical communication link, allowing continuous interaction with the DevKit regardless of network availability. 

The DevKit's IP address can be assigned using one of the following methods:

   - Automatic configuration through a network.
   - Automatic configuration via the developer’s computer.
   - Manual static IP setup.

Selecting the appropriate method depends on the specific network environment and connectivity requirements.
