simaaimetaparser

This plugin is specifically designed to bridge metadata handling between PyGast and downstream plugins.
It handles metadata in two distinct modes:

Direct Mode (Primary)
---------------------
- Used when input buffer has properly attached GstCustomMeta
- Efficiently forwards metadata without parsing
- No memory overhead for metadata extraction

Header Parsing Mode (Fallback)
------------------------------
- Activates when receiving PyGast-style buffer with embedded metadata
- Metadata structure in input buffer (see code below)
- Automatically extracts and reattaches metadata using GstCustomMeta
